Remains my favorite seller. Had a bit of controversy surrounding the purchase but customer service understood my concerns, offered an apology, and offered a coupon in consideration. Shipping price is unfortunately high, however I receive items from Japan fastest than items a few states away. Bag was packed well and the bag was as pictured. So happy with my 1st Chanel purchase.
