Bag was packed well, package came quickly. I read the description and saw the pic prior to purchasing this vintage bag, however, I am used to different kind of rating and wasn't completely satisfied. Customer service was swift in response, offered to give a discount to keep product, but paid for shipping when I explained I wouldn't have use for the product. It was MY FAULT... the value of bag $$ is great. Thank you for your help and understanding.
Had a slight issue with the bag, which came with a little bit more staining than expected. Contacted seller who very promptly addressed the issue and was very kind and understanding. Bag was otherwise in good condition. Seller is very kind and understanding and would definitely trust in buying again. Highly recommend!
