Item was not the one listed. Seller made an adjustment that made the transaction worthwhile. Had the additional items (which the seller didn't bother to list or describe) not been of value. we'd have had a different outcome. The cardboard box this came in was apparently used so many times before that it was no longer rigid. As far as communication is concerned, it was lackadaisical. I would be very circumspect about buying non-jewelry items from this seller.
Quick shipping! As described on the site, Tiffany's site that is! Value was impressive; I accidentally lost my original in the pool so this replacement was much appreciated at 1/2 price. Packaging included a generic dust cover but not the Tiffany blue box.
Item as described and securely packaged. Although it took a little longer than my usual purchases on ebay as the seller used ebay's global shipping programme, it arrived on time. I am happy with the quality vintage item at reasonable price.
