I don't know how anyone else could have had problems with this seller. The seller helped save me a whole lot of money by not just having a used item exactly as described but also helping me by accepting my offer for a price within my budget. This was the best transaction I've had on eBay since I started purchasing from eBay in 2005. Definitely not a greedy seller and very excellent with communication, and shipped fast and safe through USPS.
Item was supposed to come with 2 AAA batteries. The ones they came with were dead. It says right on the tag of the hat that they were included. Contacted seller and they said they didn't think it was supposed to come with batteries. When I pointed it out that it's in the photo they said "Ohh sorry I didn't know." I asked if they were going to do anything to make this right? No response. I'm not sure I would buy from this seller again.
