  3. The item never arrived and Ebay tracking is absolutely no help whatsoever! At least the seller did refund my money, which was a small amount. But the big problem is Ebay tracking and USPS incompetence. I will no longer buy from sellers who use Ebay tracking, as I am tired of searching for items sent via Ebay's system.
