This is a Dave Bialas blue button-down Chicago Cubs jersey. He served as a coach for the Chicago Cubs from 1995 through 1999 and in 2002. Inside the jersey is a Majestic wash tag with their code 0062 on it which indicates it is a Majestic full weight knit team issued game jersey. This was used in their game jerseys starting in 2003 and newer.
