The roller was delivered sooner then expected and was as described in the add. Assemble was a snap in just a few minutes without the directions. After filling with water and a few trips around the yard I found the plastic roller was not able to do what was needed in my rough yard. This was no fault to the roller it was just too small for what i needed. I contacted the seller who had a 30 return policy, the return was a snap and my refund came in just a few days. Canceled order, the day the Milwaukee fan was suppose to arrive. I waited for it to arrive when I needed it. Had to go buy from home depot for a little more. The seller did refund money. They did send a tracking a # week or 10 days before it was suppose to arrive. It even said out for delivery the day it was arriving. But I don't think they ever actually shipped it. I am not sure about this seller. The shipping company was not one I had ever heard of either.
