Good condition. Refer to description and photos for condition of item. Measurements are in the photos: 1st measurement is the Waist, followed by a close up (in most cases). If there is any stretch in the item the close up photo will show to what measurement the item can stretch to.2nd is the Rise from top of waistband to crotch seam, 3rd is the Inseam from crotch seam to pant leg hem in this order of the photos.
