Shipping was fast and item was well packaged. Shoes were as described although they arrived with no insoles and one of the shoelaces has a defect - no end tie. This is the first time ordering shoes from eBay, so I don't know if this (the no insoles) is SP for used shoes. Its not really an issue, because I planned that I world put in my own insoles anyway. Nice looking shoes. This seller was more proactive than another one whose shoes I was considering, So I got these.
