  1. Wrong size sent. Started a refund request with a photo attached. The seller responded by asking why I wanted to return the boots. I told them to read the return request, as I don't think they read it before messaging me, and then finally the return request was approved. No apology given, which would've been the bare minimum, in my opinion.
