 The item was advertised as new, open box. When I took it out of the box, there was debris on the item. I inquired about this to the seller, who replied immediately, They said that it had been a returned item, and they wanted to check it before sending it to me. This all makes sense, but I think it would’ve been good for the seller to have communicated this from the outset.  The Sellers communication was quick and thorough. They were very pleasant to deal with .
The quality of the item was exactly as described, it was a good value for the money, the appearance of the item was just as in the pictures, and so was the condition. I did have to return it because it was not the same Shark Detect Pro that I had. I did not know there was more than one, and that was not the seller's fault or mine. It was a quick and easy return. Great seller!!!!
Item was refurbished and came well packaged and in good conditon. Seller bent over backwards to help complete the sale by allowing me to cancel the original order, which included shipping to an order for local pick up, in which I missed the original time scheduled to meet! Would purchase from him again!
