Shoes look lovely, good quality leather, as described in listing, arrived new in box, really good value from the outlet. Order was processed and dispatched in good time but the courier, evri, was a nightmare. 2 day delivery took 5 days and order was just left on front doorstep and not in safe place. Order in good time if you need an item. Seller was 5* but would suggest Royal Mail for delivery.
Great qualitybrand new shoes at a really good price. Great value. Well packed (thanks). The only issue was that Clarks use Evri, who delivered to another address whilst stating it was mine. Thankfully, I was able to find where they had been delivered to. If I had known, I would have offered to pay more but for a different courier - maybe Clarks should offer a range of delivery options?
Lovely quality bag, well packed, good price, speedy delivery. I would recommend it to anyone who likes a big bag, but I bought it for my Mum, and sadly, it was a bit too big for her, so I had to return it. The seller responded quickly, and I was refunded as soon as I dropped it off at the Post Office.
