This heater came on time. Sadly, it was damaged at the factory, had several dents and the negative battery wire terminal was broken and non functional, but it was boxed to sell anyways. I sent pictures of the damage to seller. She was very nice and promptly offered a refund or replacement. I accepted a replacement. This one had a couple small dents in the lower part on frame, acceptable. Heater is easy to setup and worked great. 5 star to seller, great communication. I would buy from again👍👍
Packaged well and came undamaged. Easy to put together and matched everything stated. All items were obviously new in the package. It says there is a 3 years warranty but there isn't any paperwork of any kind in the package. Now to see how my father likes it. Thank you!
