I received the plate that I ordered in tact. It was packed very well. The item was shipped untracked so I don't know if it was on time or not. It did not take long to get here and that's all I know. It took awhile for the mail to deliver it from Mexico. He accepted my offer.The first cup had defects and I contacted the seller. He made it good by sending another one. It finally was delivered June 16th .He sent it out on June 3rd . Very good communication. Would by from them again.
