I appreciate the seller advising me that delivery would be delay due to a small hitch. As for the product, I already had a Bissell vac, but the hose was torn, and lack of good suction prevented the brush roller from activating. Bissell wanted too much $$ for replacement so I searched eBay for the part at a cheaper price. Low and behold, this vendor was selling an entire Bissell Real Clean vac for less than the price of purchasing the part from the manufacturer! Kudos and thanks to the vendor.
