I ordered the Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Soothe but received Soothing Hydration which has different ingredients that I don’t care for. The shipping was very fast & arrived early. Our customer service experience with Vitabox was outstanding. Unfortunately, the version of the product sent was the updated version from CoverGirl in different packaging as they restructure their eyeshadow line-up. The new version is a slightly lighter shade, even though it uses the same name/number as the old one. Vitabox was very prompt responding to our communication and kindly issued a refund immediately. Would recommend them based on this experience alone.
I’ve ordered from this seller before - no issues! This time however, one case of four boxes was packed in the original case heavy box while two were placed with them inside a bubble wrap sleeve. Unfortunately most of the items only in those two boxes outside the cardboard box were broken, but still edible. My only suggestion would be to protect them better before shipping. I will order only a case of four next time.
