I received my order of the Clinique High-fi full volume mascara. The package looked perfect upon receiving. However, when I opened the package, the mascara appears to have been smashed. The bottom end of the box is smashed and black mascara all over the bottom of the box. I did not attempt to take the product out of the box due to the damage. If you have another of the same mascara. Would you be so kind and maill it to me please or refund my purchase. I didn't give you a bad feedback.
