The glass product arrived in sturdy packaging with hints of a delightfully floral scent (I'd love to know what it was). The product itself is "New in Box" condition. The color is absolutely gorgeous and the cup is super cool without the silicone cover. This is my second BKR product. 10/10 would buy again.
