I purchased Lancom foundation, it was placed in my neighbor’s mail box ( mistakenly placed by the mail man) and my neighbor was on vacation for 10 days. When I saw the tracking number which said it was delivered but I didn’t receive it, I contacted this WONDERFUL SELLER and she replaced the second one without any extra charge to me.
