The seller shipped my item fast ,next day ship.The seller nicely protectively ship my item in a box, with a nice small see thr design baggie ,that you pull to close up,(which was a nice touch ). A different type of material was used to wrap my item's up inside the box .Which I will keep. Never has any of my package's come with this material inside the box.This seller stand's out.Items look the same as in the photo's the seller posted on eBay,with no bad smell's.Transaction went well.
There was a problem with the decoration when I received it. It was nicely packed and said fragile on the box. When I opened the box one of the black cats was broken in pieces. I contacted the seller. She immediately refunded my money. I believe it was broken by the postal service not handling it properly. I highly recommend this seller even though it didn’t quite work out.
Item is fine- as described, no issues there. It was also wrapped well with a cool little sticker- again, no issues. However- It did take them 10 days to ship the item. I purchased it on May 16th, label was created on May 26, and I received it May 31. I'm just glad it was a random surprise for my daughter and she wasn't impatiently waiting for it!
