The seller did everything right! The description of the items was correct, and my questions were answered quickly. Items shipped promptly and arrived earlier than expected. The biggest deal was the way everything was packaged. Each plate was individually wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, then all were secured in a heavy duty box. We actually witnessed the carrier trip on our front porch steps, causing the large box to drop hard and bounce several times. All plates remained unbroken.
