First off let me say that this vendor was exactly as advertised, they were amazing communicating and addressing my concerns. I ordered late Wednesday evening and it arrived on Saturday morning. It was packaged well and in pristine condition. After using once I”m not sure it’s the product for me but that has nothing to do with the seller or product….It’s just my hair. I give the seller an A+

Item arrived well packaged and as described. No complaints. The item arrived in a reasonable timeframe. USPS shipped items seem to always come to a screeching halt when they get to Seattle - not something the seller can control. It’s just the way it goes.
