Brand new. The fabric is kind of heavy. It has 2 functional pockets in the front. The back has a long pleat with a partial belt to tighten the back if needed. The buttons are silver tone and have a textured design. Bright white with green stitching. It has removable shoulder pads. I have the sleeves rolled up in the photos. However, the size photo shows the length of the sleeves with sleeves fully extended. There is a Clinique tag inside. The outside does not have any logos. So, it could be used for any occasion that requires a white coat such as doctor, PA, lab technician, cosmetics and more. Not cheaply made. 65% polyester and 35% cotton. Washable. Made in the USA.
