Overall positive experience with shipping times and the packaging. Unfortunately, the photos definitely did not show the full extent of the (what I feel like are pretty significant) stains on the front and back of this purse. The bottom one was semi shown in photos but front panel one was not. So that was a bummer for such an expensive bag. Aside from the well hid stains from the lighting in the listing photos, the bag itself is in great structural shape.
