Runners packaged very well and arrived much sooner than I expected. Also, I have 7 pairs of Hoka’s and these are by far the best fit, and came exactly as described. One small glitch, I was charged an additional $25.05 for duties and taxes which made the value of the shoe as much as I would’ve paid right here in Canada. I contacted eBay and they emailed me a form to fill out to get a refund, from customs, so we will see. Overall, totally happy with the experience. 
Shoes appeared to be new and were exactly as described. My intention was to replaced the exact worn-out pair I have, and this pair did exactly that. Shipping and packaging were just fine - in fact, I appreciated the minimal packaging used. I'm pleased with my purchase.
