The item came in a nice package and in good condition. When I received the item, I was confident that it was in once piece and didn't get damaged through shipping at all! I also appreciate that the seller put the loose pieces in a separate package within the box to ensure they didn't get lost. Overall great item quality, it looked great, and was super affordable and worth the price for what I paid.
Kind and understanding--products may be in slightly worse condition than described, but nothing too bad is missed. Worked with me for a partial refund that was very generous, highly reccomend if youre willing to take a risk or are decent at computer repair. Shipping box was absolutely destroyed in transit, like falling apart, but products inside survived perfectly due to amazing packaging.
Good seller, item arrived quickly and as described. One of the feet (notoriously brittle) got damaged in transit, even though the seller packed it wonderfully, so that's on FedEx. The seller even gave me a bit of money back due to the damage, as I had to source replacement feet, which aren't cheap. A good experience all around.
