The item was shipped in a timely manner. The item was packaged safely and received without damage. My only complaint is that the description implied the clock mechanism works, but I’ve not been able to get it to work. I have a matching clock mechanism, so thankfully everything weirdly works out. I did not reach out to the seller about this, because there is nothing that needs to be resolved, I’m happy with the price I paid, even if the mechanism doesn’t work.
