I wasn’t happy with the communication with the seller. She made an offer, I countered back at a lower price & she came back with an even higher price in her email than her first offer. I said I was’t trying to offend. No response. I purchased it on her offer. She never replied. In her pictures no signs of scrape on the bottom of the bag but when I ck’d, it is scratched & missing a little material. It may have happened in shipping. Bag was not protected well. Over all, the bag is beautiful.
Item was NWT like description and a great color. So happy with purchase. It is a gift. Arrived in padded envelope and quickly. Would use seller again.
