I am quite shocked at how fast this was delivered. I purchased at 11pm on the 26th and it was at my front door by the 29th. I honestly thought the bag was in better condition than the photos. I understand they scrutinize every single thing but it was so much better than expected. The packaging was great, the bag was well protected! As a first time buyer, I’m sold and will be buying more from this seller. You won’t be disappointed!
They advertise combined shipping and they don’t give it. They shipped it all together but still charged the full amount. Some of the bags were pretty jacked up. I know there not going to be perfect but this batch was pretty sad. After import taxes and your shipping cost I spent around $1000 bucks and received some non repairable bags. This definitely won’t happen again. I’ll stick with the companies that have free shipping.
Very happy with this seller and the item. Considering the item was shipped from Japan, it arrived to Texas in less than a week from purchase date. I will def be purchasing from them again. They were able to combine shipping for two items I won from their auction. Although I’m returning one of the items, the items came just as described. It was just my fault I didn’t take measurements of the duffle bag.
