There was a shipping problem. FedEx gave the wrong shipping number and said it was delivered. But not my item, it was to DMV. I let the seller know the problem and they quickly found what happened. Then gave me the correct shipping number. I just got it today. Their customer service is excellent. I give them an A+ for being so quick to solve the problem. The product is of excellent quality. If I need anything else, I will buy again.
Item was shipped in a timely manner and was in the original box and in excellent condition. This was an excellent value as it would have cost more to take my trimmer to be serviced or to buy a new one, especially when I only needed this one part. Excellent quality. Would strongly recommend doing business again.
I give 5 stars to the VITA company - one of the side panels was damaged in shipment. I contacted VITA directly and they sent a replacement within the week. They also have a 10 year warranty on this product.
