I ordered the Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Soothe but received Soothing Hydration which has different ingredients that I don’t care for. The shipping was very fast & arrived early. I contacted the seller & quickly received a response that my account would be credited in full, with their apologies & no need to return the item. Only the 2 stars based on the speed of delivery. Absolutely No Part of My Order is As Advertised. Due to the Misrepresentation of this product the Cost is Unbelievably Outlandish. The purchase was made for Multi Color “bands” like the photo. All “Black” was delivered. Any Target or Walmart has all “Black” at less than half the price. I pray I can get my money back or what I ordered. I’m not rich. If this is straightened out, fine.If my money remains stolen I will Blow This Seller Up.
Our customer service experience with Vitabox was outstanding. Unfortunately, the version of the product sent was the updated version from CoverGirl in different packaging as they restructure their eyeshadow line-up. The new version is a slightly lighter shade, even though it uses the same name/number as the old one. Vitabox was very prompt responding to our communication and kindly issued a refund immediately. Would recommend them based on this experience alone.
