I received this little machine. It was advertised as Heusom. I didn't get the Heusom. It was an off brand. I made an offer to just a certain amount n give me a refund...or send a free shipping return label. They opted for a return label. I have not received it yet and it's been well over 2 weeks to send a return label. They were pleasant but I wasn't happy with the false advertising. They said they didn't mean to mislead. I got a ZYFHoust.. not the advertised Heusom. ☹️ I might contact eBay too.
Would like a refund because I have never received this item . As I have seen in the tracking the last place where it shows it was delivered was Lee's Summit Mo , not Independence Mo where I live . And all I keep being told is that it was delivered . Now if I had received my order does it make any sense that I would be trying to communicate at least 3 different times about I have never received the order . Please just issue me a refund please .
This seller posted an inaccurate posting. He has posted a picture of the deluxe edition of the games gods play and thats what I thought i was buying, however the product i got was only the standard edition. The seller said it was exactly what was described but I have screenshots of the listing (see pictures). Seller is now ignoring me. My feedback is not positive, I was not given the option to choose anything else. Do not buy from him
