Our commercial/Residential door lock heavy duty is cold rolled steel machined and threaded hubs and locking nuts securely bolt the chassis to the door thereby preventing loosening the lockset even with hundreds of uses per day. It is an excellent replacement/upgrading option and for use in medium to high traffic facilities. It is corrosion resistant and easy to install and maintain. And it is available in a variety of uses, including classroom, entrance, office, privacy/bathroom, passage/closet, corrideor, dormitory, apartment, storeroom and more others. STOREROOM FUNCTION: Latchbolt retracted by inside lever or outside keys and outside lever always inoperative. Auxiliary latch deadlocks latchbolt when door is closed and the inside lever can be opened at any time for emergency egress. HIGH-QUALITY: Our commercial and residential door locks are offered in Satin chrome and aluminum finish (32D finish). Designed for 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" (35mm to 44mm) doors, they fit 1-1/2" to 2" thick doors and come standard with a 2-3/4" backset. These are non-handed commercial door levers, so our commercial door locks meet the needs of home/business owners apartment managers contractors maintenance facility managers handymen locksmiths and property managers. SPECIFICATIONS: This commercial and residential door lever locks come with standard ANSI 4-7/8" x 1-1/4" square corner strikes and 1-1/8" x 2-1/4" square corner faceplates. The backset is 2-3/4" (70mm), the stainless steel Roses are 3-3/8" (90mm) in diameter, and Latch bolt Stainless steel is 1/2" (12.5mm) throw standard. These specifications make our door lever handle lock fitting for 161 door prep & regular 2-1/8″ bore prep. CERTIFICATION: This commercial and residential heavy-duty entry key locks are ANSI/BHMA A156.13 - Grade 1 (exceeds 1,000,000 cycles) certified and UL listed. Each lever door handle with lock is made to meet ADA A117.10 accessible design standards. It is also fire rated for up to 3 hours. WHAT'S IN A BOX: Each box of lever door handle locks includes 1 lockset, screws and bolts, user-friendly instructions 1 ANSI strike 1 reversible latch unit and 2 pre-cut keys that are re-keyable.
