Item was shipped quickly and was packaged very well. There was a ~dime-sized chip on one of the plates not due to shipping since the box was very secure. I basically had to break down the box to remove the plate. I messaged the seller to let him/her know but didn't ask for a return or partial refund since I would rather keep the plates. Seller offered a partial refund anyway which was nice and unexpected. Would purchase from this seller again.
Condition and appearance of plates were as described in the listing, fragile items packed very securely, shipped quickly and priced at a good value. Excellent seller!
