This was my first purchase from the seller. Transaction, verification, and shipping went smoothly. Packaged arrived first day of shipment window. The shoe quality is pristine. Condition is new and as expected. The value considering retail was unbeatable at my time of purchase. The appearance was as expected as well. Packing was discreet both outer box and box housing the shoe were not dented and packed neatly. Overall good experience.
Fast shipping and the shoes were new in the box as described. My only issue is my daughter had told me the wrong size and I messaged about an exchange and never heard anything back. Ended up her sister can wear them and ended up getting her a pair at a local store over the weekend. Even still I'd order from here again but would double and triple check size. Thanks
