I was confused at first it was my first purchase that was sent in 2 shipments. The eBay app glitched and said both were delivered till you click on the individual tracking then it shows one was not delivered. I give them 5 stars none of it was there fault it was the eBays system that's not working properly. Everything came as described the packaging was great. Brand new in box means exactly that. The Sphero is in perfect condition and is 100% functional! All accessories included and clearly untouched as there were things that still need to be punched out of board. Excellent seller, rapid delivery, very well packaged. Item exactly as described.
