Wonderful experience. Received my package in a very timely manner considering all of the weather we’ve had and USPS’s delays. The package was small enough to be left in our mailbox so it eliminated further “package delivery” delays. This balaclava is in very good condition and the added bonus of the pony tail hole in the back, that was not listed in the description, is the icing on the cake. Thanks again. I love these tops to wear under my ski jacket, for walking in the winter months.
I got these for a decent price and no issues with shipping or anything, however they are absolutely NOT leather, as advertised, which is disappointing, as I was replacing an old pair with similar ones. It's not the sellers fault I presume, as the boot is labeled as leather! I've been an Eddie Bauer customer for over 35 years and this is what's disappointing. That one of my favorite old companies is duping people? Sad.
