The seller shipped the item quickly and it arrived just a few days after I placed the order. The slippers arrived in new condition with the imperfections as described and shown in the pictures. The box was a little beat up but nothing worse than I've seen when buying shoes in person. Overall these are good slippers that seem to be getting ready to be discontinued and these were sold for a good price. Would purchase from this seller again!
