Beautiful top - better than described. Well packaged, great value for money. Love the seller’s ethic - save the planet by selling high quality used items. Seller was a huge help resolving issues with the terrible courier EVRI who lied about delivering the package and took nearly a month to actually deliver. Thrift Plus contacted depot, gave me regular updates, kindly offered a refund when we all thought the package would never arrive. Courteous and professional throughout! Would give them 10/5!
I buy second-hand clothes from this seller all the time as they have great clothes & I try to do my bit to help save the planet. I have a complete wardrobe from thrift-plus. Their customer service is non-existent, you can't ask questions about the item you buy, & the photos can be misleading but they always accept returns. The clothes are great value for money & free postage is another plus. Sadly, they no longer send items in heavy duty paper packaging. No stars for seller comms, no response.
