Not to happy tried to stop it from being processed right after order I knew it wasn't going to work they responded it's already been shipped yet it took 2 days before I got the notification 2 week to get it now a week waiting for the shipping label then at least 2 weeks before it gets back then however long to approve the refund waited 2 weeks to get my vehicle fixed now it's going to be longer
This engine was shipped in a cardboard box with a quarter inch styrofoam lining on the sides. Received damaged. Working out refund details was not timely. They negotiated a $100 refund but I preferred to have an engine that was not damaged. The wood pallet was not included.
Item work well and cleared the problem. Impressed with vendor shipping it out on a Saturday (weekend) and got here on Wednesday. Outstanding seller. Mahalo!
