Delighted to have found these beautiful glasses to replace chipped and cracked ones from an identical set that I've had for 50 years. Very reasonably priced and promptly shipped. Seller did a meticulous job of wrapping, padding and packing them for shipment, but Fed Ex was not nearly as careful and managed to shatter one of the four glasses in transit. Seller addressed the problem very promptly and offered a full refund for the shattered one. I'm happily keeping the other three.
I ordered a group of 4 mugs from this seller; They were shipped out and arrived in TWO days--amazing. Even more impressive was how they were packed: They would have survived being dropped from a three-story building!
