Considering this was a used electronics purchase, I was grateful that both items delivered were in perfect working condition. The two headsets I received were an excellent bargain. fast shipping time, terrible packaging, i would think for a 161.00 dollars you could have gone down to the uhaul center and purchased a decent box to place it in, wrapped in some bubble wrap, it took me an hour to unwrap trying to cut off the plastic wrap to make sure i didn't cut the bag. bag was as described, but i hope in the future you will think a little more about the buyer
