This beautiful piece features a faceted crystal dome and coordinating cut glass base, styled in the tradition of American Brilliant Period designs with hobstars, fans, and crosshatching. The dome is made of high-lead crystal (likely 24%) and includes the original etched Crystal Clear star hallmark on the underside. The base is cut glass with matching patterns. This set is perfect for serving butter, cheese, or as a vintage-inspired table accent. Condition: Dome is in excellent condition. Base has a couple of small chips (see photos). No cracks or repairs.
