  1. Very responsive eBay seller after UPS damaged the item in shipment. I will be buying from this eBay seller again when they have things I need. The item was described exactly and was priced to sell. Like all items from Grohe this towel rack is of the highest quality. Looking at the sellers pictures and I could tell the towel rack was in perfect condition when the seller shipped it. I can't fault the eBay seller for the fact that UPS couldn't handle the package with care and the item came bent.

  2. I ordered 2 of the same type sinks. Unfortunately one of the sinks arrived was a model I didn’t order BUT in a box that was labeled as the model I ordered. I asked that they swap it out. Unfortunately they didn’t have another unit. As such they offered to take both back. Which I accepted. I then found a pair of other nice Kohler sinks from them and bought those. My point, things happen, but when you deal with EXCELLENT eBay vendors like this, they fix the problem. Totally recommend them!
