Now that I was advised that it was no fault of the seller that the product I ordered didn t arrive but Customs who for some unknown reason blocked it from being sent, the seller / eBay handled a difficult situation impeccably by explaining my options.   2. So this has been a journey, I ordered the product and watched the shipment status which was accurate, but vague at the same time. When I seen there was nothing happening I contacted the seller who stated that they have done what was required and it just getting processed in a center. I was extremely grateful on how quickly they responded back to me. My product finally came in and it was just as the description stated and I am pleased.
