Item was shipped securely and arrived promptly even with the present Canada Post working conditions. The container was as described. The pictures greatly helped me to determine condition. Considering that it is a used item,and no longer available from Nikken, the price and cost of shipping were a great value. The sender even took the time to notify me of the postal delay at her end, asked if I wanted to wait or cancel, then advised again when parcel was sent. Definitely an awesome seller!

Item arrived with every part clean and intact. Excellent packing job - the glass, metal and ceramic parts were each wrapped separately in bubble wrap or protected with heavy cardboard. Came earlier than expected and is exactly as described! Works great!
