My item for unfortunately damaged beyond use in shipping. It appeared to be well packaged and cared for so I'm not sure what happened. It was shipped and received promptly. Excellent packaging. Every piece was wrapped individually with bubble wrap, cardboard, and then tucked into a ton of newspaper. I have had so many packages damaged by the postal service, so this kind of packaging is greatly appreciated. The cups and saucers are exactly as described. Great seller.
