Item was as described but shipping was a disaster. All of the transformers were just thrown in it's box without the clear plastic trays that hold them. Several things were broke and had to be glued back on and back together. There was absolutely no bubble wrap, rolled up paper or anything to keep the figures from being thrown around and banging against each other. I thought all of the packaging to protect the items would have been a given since I had to pay for shipping.
