Must say the items were what I was looking for in my table setting for the holidays. Shipping was very quick and packaging was very good and the quality & appearance are what I wanted. Must say that this was the oddest purchase process I've had to date, the package shipped through a company unknown to me, the seller is in Israel, with a CA address, and Amazon delivered the parcel. Everything went very well, exactly as scheduled and I'm pleased with the item; so all's well that ends well!
I am rating my experience with this purchase as a four (4). The item was drop-shipped from Amazon. Shipping experience was miserable. Seller uses an off-brand of shipping notifications which made this a four (4) rating, otherwise I'd likely have given it a five (5) rating. Most likely would not purchase from this seller again.
Nice tools, fast shipping  but had a problem with shipping. The container is plastic in the boxes and it got damaged in shipping so I think the package should be put in another box to protect it. I contact seller. They were very nice and they refunded  me for the toolbox 🧰 so with that said, I was very satisfied
