  1. This was my third custom order from him. That says it all. However, it must be pointed out that this businessman delivers exceptional quality! Shipping was fast. The 6 glass products were superbly protected in shipment (good work USPS too!) . Packaging was outstanding with various protective packaging. Items were as negotiated through excellent communication between myself and the businessman! With several iterations of refinement he made a customized order for his rivals to emulate.

After sending a quick message to see if there was an opportunity to create an image that wasn't listed, they immediately responded with the affirmative and a design idea. The glass was created shortly after and shipped quickly. It was packaged well, and is gorgeous. I should've asked to have the image larger, but it is exactly the size pictured so that was on me. I was thoroughly impressed! I'd give six out of five stars for communication.

The seller packaged them securely and professionally. He was very responsive to any questions I had. He also mailed the product promptly after payment was made and I got them in just 5 days even though I live on the east coast.
